memoryOS about Traction Builder by TRMNL4 & Snap Inc.

We learned Snapchat works really well for Gen Z users. Thanks to TRMNL4, we met investors like Accel, Speeinvest, True, etc . They also introduced us to experts from Headway who taught us about B2B partnerships.

Jae Hwang, CEO at Bloom

During Traction Builder, we opened ~30 active VC conversations and reduced our refund rate from 17% to 4%, with day-one retention reaching ~70%.

Oleksii Gutyro, Co-Founder at Alter

We brought our Snapchat CPI down to ~$1 per install by switching to a UGC-first creative strategy.

Kirill Perepelica, Co-founder at Munchr

Traction Builder helped us cut our Snapchat cost per Add-to-Cart from ~$11 to ~$1.50 with hands-on 1:1 guidance. It also clarified what we need to fix in our funnel (pricing/onboarding) to reach the $1 target.
